The new architectural project involves the conversion of the historical building into three luxurious free apartments. Whereas, from the Strutzerhaus, one would obtain four apartments reserved for locals living in the province of Bolzano.
Just a few steps from the “Piccolino” gondola, the historic complex of over 800+ sqm. needs remarkable renovation works, but it is a lifetime opportunity that could never be replicated.
San Martino in Badia: the cradle of the Ladin culture, has been preserving the typical features of Tyrol, charming its worldwide visitors. Indeed, the scenic village showcases the renowned Ladin Ciastel de Tor museum, inaugurated in 2001. The museum tells the story about history, language, culture, mythology, archaeology, tourism, traditional handicrafts, customs and traditions of the Ladin valleys in the Dolomites.
At 1.135 meters above sea level, the off-beaten-tourist-track village offers to its dwellers’ tranquillity and unspoilt nature.
Residenza Freyegg – with its architecture and history – occupies an essential role in the history of Piccolino and throughout the whole valley.
